1. Information we collect
We aim to collect only what we need to operate and improve the Services. The categories of information are described below.
a. Information you provide
- Support and communications. If you contact us, for example by email, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any details you choose to share so that we can respond and provide support.
- Feedback. Any suggestions, bug reports or reviews that you send to us.
Our games do not require you to create an account or to provide your name, telephone number or postal address in order to play.
b. Information collected automatically
When you use an application, certain information is collected automatically by us or by our service providers, including:
- Device and technical data, such as device model, operating system and version, language and region settings, screen size, application version, and general location inferred from your IP address (for example, your country).
- Identifiers, such as a mobile advertising identifier (the Google Advertising ID on Android or the Identifier for Advertisers on iOS) and, where applicable, an application instance identifier used for diagnostics and the delivery of advertisements.
- Usage and gameplay data, such as levels started and completed, scores, progress within a game, session length, feature usage, and interactions with advertisements.
- Diagnostics, such as crash logs, performance data and error reports that help us keep our applications stable.
c. Information stored on your device
Most of your game data, including your player profile, virtual currency balance, progress, reward history and settings, is stored locally on your device so that you can continue to play while offline. This local data remains on your device unless it is synced as described below or backed up by your operating system.
d. Purchase information
Our games may offer optional purchases, such as an option to remove advertisements or to obtain virtual items. Payments are processed by the application store (Google Play or the Apple App Store), and not by us. We do not receive or store your full payment card number. We may receive a purchase token, a transaction identifier, a product identifier and the purchase status so that we can deliver your purchase, validate it and provide support.
e. Optional cloud synchronisation
If cloud synchronisation is enabled for a game, a small snapshot of your game state, such as your currency balance and progress, associated with an identifier assigned by the game, may be sent to our servers so that your progress can be saved and restored. This does not include your name or contact details.
f. Website information
This website consists of static pages that do not use analytics cookies or third party trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, for example your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, in order to operate and secure the site.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above in order to:
- provide, operate and maintain the Services;
- save and restore your progress and your purchases;
- display advertising, including through third party advertising networks, and measure its performance;
- understand how the Services are used so that we can fix problems, improve features and develop new games;
- provide customer support and respond to your requests;
- detect, prevent and address fraud, abuse, security incidents and technical issues; and
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms and Conditions.
3. Advertising, analytics and consent
Our free games are supported by advertising. We use third party advertising partners, primarily Google AdMob, to serve banner, interstitial and rewarded advertisements. These partners may use device identifiers and usage data to deliver and measure advertisements.
- Personalised and contextual advertising. Advertisements may be personalised, based on your advertising identifier and inferred interests, or contextual, based only on general information such as the application and your approximate location.
- Consent. Where required by law, for example in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, we use the Google User Messaging Platform to request your consent before personalised advertisements are shown, and we provide a way to change your choices later within the application settings.
- Rewarded advertisements. Some advertisements are optional and grant a reward within the game if you choose to watch them.
To learn how Google uses information from applications that use its services, please see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
4. Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:
- Consent, for personalised advertising and for any other processing where we ask for your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests, in order to operate and secure the Services, serve contextual advertising, understand aggregate usage, and prevent fraud, provided that these interests are not overridden by your rights.
- Performance of a contract, in order to deliver the game, your purchases and the features that you request.
- Legal obligation, in order to comply with applicable laws.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We share information only as described here:
- Service providers and partners, including advertising networks, application store platforms, cloud hosting providers, and analytics or diagnostics providers that process data on our behalf or provide functionality within the Services.
- Legal and safety, when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of RedAlpha Games, our users or the public.
- Business transfers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Policy.
Certain sharing for advertising may be considered a sale or a sharing of personal information under some United States state laws. Please see Your rights and choices for information on how to opt out.
6. Third party services
The Services rely on trusted third parties. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies:

| Google Firebase | Application infrastructure and diagnostics | firebase.google.com/support/privacy |
| Google Play services and billing | Application delivery and purchases on Android | policies.google.com/privacy |
| Apple App Store | Application delivery and purchases on iOS | apple.com/legal/privacy |
The specific providers used may vary from one game to another and may change over time as we add or remove features.
7. Data retention
We keep personal information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, or as required by law. Game data stored on your device remains until you delete it or uninstall the application. Diagnostic and advertising data held by our partners is retained in accordance with their own retention schedules. Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and for our records.
8. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures that are designed to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. International transfers
We and our service providers may process and store information in countries other than your own, including countries whose data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses, for such transfers.
10. Children's privacy
Our Services are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under the age of 13, or the higher minimum age required in your country. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under that age. If you believe that a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@redalphagames.com and we will take steps to delete it. Where advertisements are shown to users whom applicable rules treat as children, we instruct our partners to serve only contextual advertising that is appropriate for a general audience.
